Just new to it
Just new to it, how am i gonna give it a review? I guess the online enrollment is clear and easy to understand, price it little higher compared apples to apples. I haven't used it and hoping not to use it but just for little wellness stuff.

Great Pet Insurance
I am trying out this insurance for the first time. I have a older dog that needed insurance. It was important to find an unlimited policy just in case something went wrong. This plan seems better than anything else I looked at. I also liked seeing so many positive reviews.

MetLife clans process and customer service was excellent. Paid out timely thru direct deposit. Much better than Nationwide Pet Insurance. Love my AT&T options for care.

I Strongly Advise Against Spot Pet Insurance
Unfortunately, my experience with Spot Insurance was deeply disappointing. After insuring my cats, Gwendolyn and Wessley, and submitting multiple claims for each, all were denied with explanations that felt dismissive and inconsistent. Despite my appeal and supporting documentation, their resolution process felt more like a formality than a genuine review. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful, and the outcome left me with little trust in the company's integrity. I’ve since canceled my policy and will not be insuring any of my pets with Spot again. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for pet insurance that’s fair, transparent, and dependable.

Pets best is the BEST
Pets best is, without a doubt, the best pet insurance on the market. Easy claims, fast reimbursement, such an incredible experience for my big guy! I have recommended my vet to recommend them to their customers!
Worst pet insurance out there
Horrible. Use any other pet insurance. I bought trupanion starting in 2011 for my 6 month old puppy. In the last 14 years Trupanion had covered NONE of her medical expenses. This includes knee surgery, when she was stabbed by a human 7 times, nor dental disease (just to name a few). This year my monthly premium jumped from $75/month to $120/month with no notice nor contact telling me this change would occur. Go with any other pet insurance. Trupanion is absolutely horrible!
