Easy process to reach my insurance…
Easy process to reach my insurance person who was able to get a quote, and sign up / purchase / submitting payment was very easy.

1. I asked my vet to email a copy of my bill 2. uploaded to the P.B site and forgot all about it. 3. When I went to check my bank account later in the week P.B had already made the deposit!
Not happy that I had to call to discuss…
Not happy that I had to call to discuss cancelation and then my last claim was re-reviewed and just like that I get paid for services that were "missed". If I can't trust the review process to find reimbursable procedures then why do I have this insurance?
