Cancelled after a few months when my very first claim was denied because my otherwise healthy dog hadn’t needed to go to vet in a specific time period before the claim so they thought this could be pre-existing. It was a dog bite. Seriously. Can’t make this stuff up. Edited to add after seeing reaponse: I was told that none of the claim was covered. I knew the ear infection wouldn’t be.

The claim was received and reviewed in a timely manner. I was notified that a check would be sent and then if I wanted to set up direct deposit I could to receive my refund quicker. Never a long wait to speak to someone in customer service. Always very friendly and helpful.
