I got to talk to a real person relatively quickly, got the answer, and was on my way back to doing what I had to take care of in no time. My call had to do with my account and not our dog or a claim.

A horrible experience
A horrible experience. The prices go up every year with little to no added value. The last time I went for a wellness check, I paid $600 and received nothing because I later discovered that wellness coverage had been removed from my plan. Despite having less coverage, I was still paying higher premiums. As a result, I paid $120 per month for an entire year and ended up receiving zero coverage when I needed it. In my opinion, it's simply not worth it.
