Ive had Fetch for a year

Ive had Fetch for a year. I called to cancel about a month ago and was assured that had happened. I got an email stating that I had been billed again for the new year, so I called and got what started out as a pleasant enough person who put me on hold for about 3 minutes, then came back and told me she had cut the amount by about 50% and had just put the adjusted amount into effect. I explained that this was not necessary and PLEASE cancel the policy as I had requested. She instantly got sarcastic and condescending. I told her that her tone and sarcasm were not necessary to simply cancel a policy and instead of being nicer, she got worse and tried to talk louder than me, which did not go well. She finally said it was cancelled, and I had to hang up on her to get her to shut up.

ASPCA has been a great experience

ASPCA has been a great experience. We are on our second dog with them. Their online tools are easy to access, making filing a claim an easy process. The respond quickly, and you can set up direct deposit, That way, they pay the claim very quickly.

Even though separate, Wellness is covered

This pet insurance is excellent. And submitting claims is so easy. The company responds quickly . My only "complaint " is that keeping your pet healthy comes with no increase in allowances paid but the longer your pet lives because he/she is kept healthy , the higher your premium .

Pets Plus Us is AMAZING

Pets Plus Us has been exceptional with support and claims for our dog who has elbow and hip dysplasia. In the 3.5 years that we have had our dog, they have reimbursed us $40,000 as he had 3 full hip replacements, CT scans, foreign body surgeries. Without this insurance I don’t even want to think what we would have done.

Claims take so LONG

I'm very frustrated with Met Life Pet Ins. b/c their claims process is NOT 5 to 10 business days as they like to advertise. This is deceiving and simply a lie. I submitted a claim for my dog on 11/26/24 and so far, crickets. I sent an email last week for an update, and still, no reply. I will tell you that my claims have been paid BUT, it's simply a painfully slow waiting game. Are they short-staffed? is this why the claims process takes seemingly forever?? Customer service needs to improve: respond to our emails, have a better chat set up. Your chat box is almost always down! You guys are a multi million dollar company...why the lame chat, the lack of communication, the leaving-us-clients-hanging? It's really a disservice and I'm just plain fed up.
