Pricing
You guys are great and I stand by paying what I do every month for peace of mind for my pups. But I will say I’m only 7 years in and my monthly cost has since doubled. I know you guys say you don’t punish dogs for getting older and recognize them for the age they were signed up. But I do think you guys could do a lot better price wise.

I like how it’s such a smooth process and how I get my money pretty quickly. It has been so helpful financially and the coverage is great for both my dogs.

Pretty straightforward submission process
As long as I have all the documentation needed to submit a successful claim, like the SOAP notes, it’s a seamless process. MetLife is transparent that it can take a few days for an adjuster to review and then it takes a few more days to receive payment but that process has always been pretty streamlined and straightforward for me.
