Straightforward Claim Process—Exactly as Expected
Submitting a claim with Pets Best was simple and straightforward. The only hiccup was logging in through the app - email validation didn’t always work, so I had to switch to Safari on my phone. Once I was in, the claim submission process was extremely easy. Processing took a little longer than I would’ve preferred, but based on the reviews I’d read beforehand, the timeline was exactly what I expected. Communication from Pets Best was clear throughout, and I always knew where my claim stood.

Great Insurance
Love having pet insurance. Never have had before . And I as so very happy I went with pet insurance this time. My fur baby has used it all up this year. Trupanion made a very difficult day so much less stressful
We had to take our Corgi Rex to Emergency and they diagnosed a ruptured CCL requiring surgery. It was so great that Trupanion immediately responded to the clinic and sent text updates to me. No being on hold forever and explaining everything repeatedly while being stressed already meant a lot. Very grateful for the great coverage and service. Yes it's more expensive than other insurances, but it's so worth it :-)
