Trupanion the only insurance company I have ever recomended
I have a very hard time trusting insurance companies. I have been let down and uncovered multiple times. Trupanion has been amazing. I have had Trupanion for 7 years and have never had to use it until recently. I love my dog Stella, she is my best friend, and a huge part of our family. She had a cancerous tumor. For the first time,I needed help and reached out for Trupanions help on getting her the surgery and treatment she needed. Trupanion came through without hesitation, instantly came through with aide for her. No long conversation with a million questions, just aide, same day we received the bad news. Trupanion helped me get what she needed. Also has helped cover additional testing to make sure she was clear of the cancer. I can't thank Trupanion enough, thank you for taking a very difficult, scary, anxiety inducing situation and giving my family and I some peace of mind. Your help and care is extremely appreciated, thank you so much!

Smooth process with kind service
Before submitting a claim I had so many questions . I called and spoke with a representative who answered all my questions and even took as much time as I needed to help me make sure that all the information on my account was correct . My claim process was smooth and easy . I submitted through the app . The app had all the information I needed to submit the correct paper work. Processing time of my claim was fast. I was overall impressed at the representative on the phone who was so kind and genuinely very helpful .

We have been insuring Bandit with…
We have been insuring Bandit with Trupanion since we first got him and I think this is only the second time we have had a claim. Is there something we are doing wrong? I did inquire of Mayfair, our Vetinarian as to the possibility of a claim for his labs and I guess they prepared that for you. I'm just wondering if we should have been doing that all along. Do I need to provide paperwork to you every time we see our vet for shots or ear problems--that sort of thing? Thank you very much!
