First request for reimbursement for yearly check up submitted and check received in two weeks. My dog is 5, luckily healthy, and just got spot a few months ago with the preventative health plan which I think is worth it. Very happy so far!

Pet insurance worth having!
I signed up my 2 dogs for a plan with the Routine Wellness package add-on on June 13, 2025. I took them to my veterinarian on June 16, 2025, which was 3 days later and submitted a claim for both dogs. I was reimbursed in full within 1 day! The Routine Wellness add-on has no waiting period and no deductible and I find it completely worth having. It cost me $510 total for both dogs and getting reimbursed for this cost is invaluable.
