Price change right before check out isn't okay
The overall process is quite enjoyable, but the most important part about an insurance quote is the price. When it changes right before purchasing it is not okay or acceptable. Change the quotation process so it reflects all the changes accordingly and not right before checkout. Other than that, everything is done quite well.

Purchased Pumpkin about 6 months ago. Took Bentley to the vet for his vaccinations and submitted the invoice. It was approved and the entire invoice was paid. Easy submission and quick payment.

Pets Best is really the Best
PetsBest is easy and efficient. At the end of my 14 year-old golden retriever's life, they dealt with all the claims that I seem to be submitting and made investing in this process worthwhile and gave me peace of mind.

0 out of 10 would not recommed "Pets Best"
I have been with Pets Best since my dog was a puppy — he is now 5 years old. We’ve had a few emergency visits and several large vet bills, mainly related to oral health, and 99% of my claims were not covered. I continued giving the benefit of the doubt that future claims would be approved, but my most recent claim — roughly $2,000 for oral surgery — was also denied. This will be my last month with Pets Best. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone, as my experience has been extremely disappointing and the coverage has not met expectations. I will be looking into other providers.
THE ONLY insurance company that is straight forward
My family has a lot of pet cats and it can be overwhelming when worrying about their care. I searched all over for the best pet insurance I can find and truly pets best is THE BEST! The sign up process is simple with no gimmicks or trying to over sell you anything. They communicate as needed and transparent with pricing. The claims process is also very smooth and simple. Got to talk with a live person and got straight answers, and then was directed to a helpful person to re-establish my policy. I just wish there were specific policies and guidelines for Service Dogs since they live different lives then pets do and support real issues every day. Thanks

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Hardly cover any expenses. The one time I filed for reimbursement they took months and ended up not responding to my follow ups. Not worth a single dollar, do yourself and your pets a favor and find another insurance. Embrace is not what it used to be.
