I feel that PetsBest took their time to review our claim and communicated with us throughout the process. We were extremely pleased with the fair and positive results to cover all the medical expenses minus the grooming (nail trim). We had to take out dog to the emergency…
We had to take out dog to the emergency hospital for an illness and the pre approval and instant payment features were wonderful. Really takes the stress off of us know that we weren’t staring down a large vet bill so we could make better decisions for our dog.

Don't choose Pet's Best
Horrible. They take forever and turn down claims, saying that the can't get records, yet they are able to get records for a cheaper claim. I pay over $100 a month and they keep raising the rate..... BUT HAVE NEVER PAID OUT A PENNY TO ME.

I would like the option to have my bill…
I would like the option to have my bill come out of my paycheck. Instead it took it from my account and I wasn’t aware it was going to take the money out immediately. It was kind of frustrating. I’m still unsure how it will work for the future. Is it automated or will I be sent a bill… that information could be very helpful for your future clients.
