Don’t bother with this company!
They were horrible, didn’t reimburse any of my vet bills because they said everything was pre-existing even though we never had any indication for my dogs bladder stones till I was well into my plan policy. I had three large vet bills and they didn’t want to reimburse a dime. My mistake for not reading the tons of negative reviews on Reddit for this company. Complete scam.

The great experience was easy
The great experience was an easy access for when my dog was sick, took him to my vet, got treatment actually several times and then took a picture of my receipt and submitted it to Spot and got a refund for services once I hit my dogs deductible.

Decent coverage for the price
Decent coverage for the price. The app was helpful when it worked, but I can access the web page easily as well. Reimbursement is quick by bank account or check in the mail. We’ve had the same plan for almost 6 years and don’t plan to go shopping for a different one.

It was easy to submit my claim
It was easy to submit my claim. My pup had to be hospitalized twice, and it was very stressful and very expensive. The claim was processed very quickly, within 2 weeks. Hopefully, there is never a next time, but I would definitely use the direct deposit option. I tried to do that before I submitted it, but I couldn’t find how to on the app.
