Spot always processes claims quickly…
Spot always processes claims quickly and efficiently. Their customer support staff are also always super friendly and very informative. We’ve tried other pet insurance companies and haven’t found one as good as Spot, so we plan to stick with them for as long as we have furry family members.

Great company
We have had MetLife for about 3 years now. And they have been great we have a Saint Bernard which has had some medical issues and MetLife has been wonderful with any information we needed about our policy and the coverage that we have on him is fantastic, it makes life so much easier.
