Our dog lost feeling in back legs had to have emergency surgery. We went through proper channels the insurance company was great info they ask for we completely understood we took care of and we received our reimbursement in a timely manner. Have had trupanion and haven’t been able to utilize the benefit until now and you really came through for my dogs cherry eye. Covered a great deal of the surgery cost and it seems to redeem the value and restored my faith in carrying rather pricey insurance for my dog. Thank you.
