We have 4 dogs. Unfortunately one has had numerous medical issues. Having gone through a fatal disease with previous dog , I decided that insurance was something I wanted. I am happy with my Pets Best insurance plan. It’s worth it.

CSR Kia was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had regarding a new policy. I had coverage with Nationwide with a previous dog and came back to Nationwide when the premiums with another insurer became unaffordable. I’m confident Nationwide will provide the coverage I need to keep my dog around for many years to come.

This company has the worst customer service
This company has the worst customer service. I have been running in circles trying to get more information on why my pet’s claim was declined. Each email and phone call they give me the same general answer of “it was a pre-existing condition” but when I ask how this is determined and show proof that it was not a pre-existing condition they cannot give me any information. They will deem everything pre-existing so they do not reimburse anything. Customer service is all run by bots so it is extremely difficult to talk to a real person.

The ease of applying for pet insurance with great coverage and rates. The fact that my pet was immediately covered with no waiting period and the ease of putting in a claim and them processing it with no hesitation. Also this insurance company is very informative and it fits my budget.
