Good Insurance, Good Coverage
We got a rescue dog and immediately signed up for Spot Insurance. Our policy has been in effect for a year, and when wour pet needed surgery, we were glad we had Spot Insurance. We had a $250 deductible, but not too bad, considering our bill was $2500. Once we had all our documentation from the Vet in to Spot, they paid a good portion of the cost. We were delighted.

Embrace has always been there for us and our pet! Although he has had many health problems, Embrace has covered his bills quickly and efficiently, allowing us some peace of mind, which is SO important when taking care of a sick dog!

Don't buy insurance from Spot…
Don't buy insurance from Spot Insurance! They don't pay out claims even though they have received ALL information requested!! Don't take peoples money if there is more needed to even have the policy!!!!!

I don't like that, after asking several times, My dog groomer has not been added to the list of providers. Please put it in the list!

NOT IMPRESSED
So far, I'm not impressed with the coverage and likely going to cancel. Very disappointed to learn they will not honor any claims only two months after you have the service - ridiculous for what I'm paying in premiums.
