I would give -1 if I could, they tell you one thing to get you to sign up (4dogs) but when it comes time to JUST add to the co pay, not even pay you for any thing, then everything changes! had a new vet that day (that I swear must work for them) said my 3 year old very healthy boy who twisted his neck, have some sort of Orthopedic disease!!! Even after I spoke to the vet and she CORRECTED the paperwork, they were terrible! I cancelled all of my dogs insurance with them. Again, you posted “Pre existing” yet the vet herself told me she corrected that in a letter to you. So I am still very glad I canceled all 4 of my policies with you!

Spoke to a few representatives about my new claims, my girl Ember has been very sick, so a few claims were submitted that needed some explanation to me and the customer service reps were very kind and caring and were a great help.

I followed the directions and submitted the itemized bills from the doctors and Pharmacy and was promptly reimbursed to my checking account. That was so wonderful since I had to put out the money first so I appreciate the prompt reply from spot pet insurance.

I am so glad that I got insurance with spot! After my kitten’s first vet bill, I knew there was potential to need insurance for them, but I also needed something affordable. Spot has plans that fit my budget and have helped me immensely in case of accidents and illness. It’s so much relief to be able to get my pets the care they need knowing that I will be able to afford it!
