Best and most satisfying experience!
In researching pet insurance for my Airedale, Oso, I found that Fetch offered the best benefits for the best price. In addition, the staff I dealt with ,in particular Nadine, were very professional and knowledgeable. Nadine answered my many questions patiently and did not pressure me to"make the sale".

I have used other pet insurance…
I have used other pet insurance companies in the past and figured I’d give the one I get a discount at a try. Very easy to navigate the site and customize my plan for both pups.… and hoping the claims process is just as easy. Not sure if there is an app yet.

There is no drama with this pet…
There is no drama with this pet insurance company. I recommend it to any pet owner. We have a hard to manage Mini Labradoodle and at 4 years old, this red head has managed to cost us about 23K in medical bills. Anyone that knows the personality of a Mini Red Labradoodle will understand. We paid 1/9th of that bill with no drama. Thank you Pumpkin !

This was rough as the website froze and…
This was rough as the website froze and kept freezing throughout the payment process. Once I clicked on change the billing address, it would freeze up every time. My dogs coverage would have started today considering I tried paying the premium around 11:45pm and I wasn't able to check out until around 2am the following morning!!! I will contact MetLife pet insurance to see if they can adjust it.

So glad to have Spot!!
So glad to have Spot! It’s affordable and they take care of claims quickly and efficiently - I didn’t have to keep calling to check the status of my claim. My pup had surgery 2 weeks ago and the claim was paid before the 10 day follow up visit. It’s been a relief, thank you Spot!!!

Manipulative pricing and terrible customer service
I recently called customer service to get clarification on why my pet insurance premiums doubled within a single calendar year. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the representative I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and rude. When I asked for the reasoning behind the massive increase—beyond my dog simply getting one year older—she refused to explain and claimed the reasons were 'clearly outlined' in my renewal email. When I pointed out that the email only listed the new premium cost without explaining the why, she actually insulted my reading comprehension skills—twice. Sending an email that just states a higher price without any context or explanation is a manipulative business practice.
