This is a total SCAM
This is a total SCAM. I filed 7 claims over the course of a year, and ALL of them were denied. I canceled the insurance and the confirmed that it was canceled and then continued charging my credit card. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: Now they are claiming they can't even find my account after it was open for more than one year. Don't believe their reply about 92% of claims being honored. SEVEN of mine were denied. SCAM

Absolutely Awesome.
Absolutely Awesome. I was so tickled when I go onto the system and it was so user friendly. I have two pups and they usually go to the vet together. It is refreshing to be able to submit claims for both of them at the same time rather than doing a separate one for each pup (and submitting the same invoices on top of that). This was user friendly and very easy to follow.

Person who attended my call, insurance agent Saurabh, was; polite, empathetic, and professional. The one I talked to a year ago, was impolite and rude. Increase in premium and this person's apathetic attitude made me switch the Insurance Provider.
