Pets best is the best pet insurance. I have been using them for over 5 years now. They cover almost everything and my monthly payment is very reasonable

"Pets Best is the Best! Never any issues or problems. Claims are recieved asap and payment is sent within a reasonable amount of time. Coverage is really good. They took really good care of us when my Bellamia went for radiation. Have been using them for years."

I can’t recommend
After being insured for over five years, the time came to file a claim for a major event that resulted in ER care. Provided all records from our standard vet and the ER Clinic. Deny. Deny. Deny! Make sure you go through the appeals process and then file a complaint with your State’s Department of Insurance. Pet insurance isn’t as cut and dry as human insurance; diagnosis coding guidelines, etc. In some instances, vets have been contacted my pet insurance plans and requested to alter their notes- of course to get the company out from paying claims.

Company scammed me out of $1500 and raises your premiums no matter what
This company is an absolute sham that sells you they have the lowest payments possible but they constantly raise your premiums every chance they get. I never used the premium one time but now Embrace illegal emails you stating that if you don’t acknowledge the email. They will cancel your entire policy. They can’t even bother to make a single phone call to let you know. Instead they illegally raise your premiums through used car dealership tactics stating your premium is going up and they will cancel your premium. This company charged me over $1500 and when you talk to a supervisor so little empathy saying sorry. It’s not their fault. I’ll be taking this up with the BBB and the FTC for these illegal practices. You think this company should be out to help pets instead it’s. Completely money grab. Out of $1500 now because of this scam company. They took the money, never used it and claim they can’t refund. Dollar!

Not paying claim
Pest Best dont't pay the claims for services and always give you the excuse of the deductible needs to be paid fist, even when the amount for the deductible has been paid in full for the year. This looks like a scam should take legal action about it.

The service has been great. I'm upset that my previous service was not honored eventhough you were the recommended new provider. Edit to my review : 1/2/2025. I called as suggested and the prior condition still wasn't honored from the other company switch. This was a waste of my time calling.
