Do not be fooled by this company
Do not be fooled by this company they claim to never raise your monthly rates as long as the dog ages. My rates have gone up every single year from $50 a month to 75 and I have had made zero claims they claim it is because of other people with my dog type, making claims no loyalty discount never made a claim and yet my rates go up. you are better off putting your monthly rate into a savings account and save for a rainy day than using this company

The few claim I had to submit was perfectly handled like promissed But had few weeks of logging issues (few months after I was abel to) for which I needed technical help for which the service desk were not abel to help needed me tech.
