Saved again by pet insurance
Saved again by pet insurance! I would not be able to afford having Great Danes without insurance. It is SO worth it if you get a young dog, and it more than pays for itself. We recently suffered a severe laceration to the paw of my 1 year old, 160lb Great Dane, which required minor and non emergent surgery. A $1600 bill was cut in half and now my deductible is paid for the year. I had an approval within 72 hours. Thank you, pets best!

I wish human medical claims experience was 1/2 as good as MetLife Pet
I have 3 cats (1 old and 2 middle-aged) and every one of my claims experiences with MetLife Pet has been easy: there is acknowledgement and follow-up, documentation is clear and understandable, and every interaction is timely, professional, and courteous. If I had 1/2 this level of service from my own medical insurer, I would be thrilled. What does and doesn't get paid, is clear, and clearly reflects the policy terms for which is signed up.

Great Support
Delaney was very patient with me and answered all of my many questions while helping me choose a policy for my dogs. Dr.Scott, the best of the best Veterinarians in Billings Montana
Dr. Scott is not only thorough, but very kind and understanding. Our dog was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. He gave our dog 2 antibiotics. We were so scared last week that we we would lose our Great Pyrenees. He called the next night to check on him. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a different veterinarian to take care of their pets, to contact him at the animal clinic of Billings. Many staff there are so compassionate.

Thankful for Healthy Pets
This is the second time in two years that our dog has needed a major surgery. First he had a spinal surgery, and recently knee surgery. If it weren’t for Healthy Paws insurance (that we’ve had since we first got Murphy) we would never have been able to afford to give him the care he needed. I couldn’t be more grateful.
