Overall I am satisfied with the Handling of the Wellness Claims But Having recently increased Premiums without increasing Benefits leaves me somewhat dissatisfied considering the cost of Pet Care has Increased considerably ? I bought the insurance online to cover…
I bought the insurance online to cover my young dog specifically for his neutering. Purchased well in advance to find out it isn't covered. I was not able to submit the claim and discovered this after speaking with someone. They were not able to help. I paid for the insurance in full. It seems the company should have provided some solutions to help me resolve this. I will be moving to another insurance company for my five dogs. I have never had a problem with dog insurances in the past with previous pets.
