Your insurance sucks
Your insurance sucks! How can you deny a claim for a one-year old puppy because of preexisting condition. She’s only a year old! I assumed since you were affiliated with USAA, that you were a reputable company. I was sadly mistaken.

On May 25
On May 25, 2024 Siku was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Trupanion gas been there every step of the way no problems at all. They were there for the DNA Sequencing so I could get the best medication for him. Helped all the way through his chemotherapy. He got to ring the bell December 6 that was also his 5th birthday. They still are there after we found out he got oarl cancer and are helping with his second medication for this as well. No problems at all. Fantastic service all the way through and still there with us.
