Great policies and customer service
Spot has great plan options to choose from. Their online platform is very user friendly, and customer service has also been extremely helpful. I just had a large claim that they processed and reimbursed within 10 days in line with my expectations based on my policy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the submission of medical records has been a bit difficult, and dealing with that aspect is not easy when your pet has a serious illness.

Great Experience
The process was so simple: I uploaded a copy of the paid invoice and the completed a short description of the services received. Within a day or two I received an email saying that the services were approved and the next week I received a check. Easy peasy and this takes away so much of the sticker shock that can come with veterinary care.
