Good service
Pretty good customer service, care, and reimbursement. Submitting a claim is pretty easy, although the app is kinda trash, it always logs me off, so I'll have to find my password, so I just always log on with the Internet browser. Turnaround is fast, and contacting the team is also easy! Thank you for helping me take care of my bebes

They covered everything we thought they would. The only negative was that the site kept saying they were waiting for more information from our vet. When we finally called, we found out that they were waiting for their person to view our dog’s records because it was our first claim. Hopefully in the future it won’t take so long to be reimbursed.

There when I needed them
I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for years, but never made any claims. I just figured it was nice to have if anything were to happen. Unfortunately, something did happen. Very unexpectedly, and very suddenly, my dog got sick and had to be euthanized. I was able to file the claim quickly and 100% online and within a few days Embrace covered ~2/3rds of the total cost from her emergency visit. I was confused about the differences in coverage, apparently my pets don't have wellness coverage, and I'm not entirely certain what that is. It would've been a better all around experience if I Embrace had taken the time to educate me on that offering, but they still met my expectations once my dog's time had come.

This has been the best purchase as a pet owner I could have made. The first year it covered itself. My dog is 2 and recently had a bad experience. The bill was an unexpected $1700. Right after Christmas AND a needing a new oven. 😂. MetLife pays fast! Typically within 7 days. Their Customer Service is amazing and our fur babies have great care. I will always choose my pet over, well pretty much everything, but makes the stress less, especially when worrying about their care, that I can still play the mortgage after an unexpected vet bill!

ASPCA Pet Insurance - The only plan we would consider
I have had ASPCA pet insurance for all my pets, and this has helped us tremendously. We have had a few crisis; our old dog had spinal surgery and ASPCA insurance covered most of it, then our young dog had a malign growth discovered at the dentist, same thing here, ASPCA pet insurance covered most of it and the process was easy both times. We just added our GSD puppy to our plan, which now covers three of our family members.
