It is hard to find someone with such strong customer service skills these days. Amanda walked me through options that may pertain to insuring my dog. We couldn’t find a way to help cover her pre-existing chronic allergies. She was empathetic and provided me with other options that may be useful, even though the options did not put money in her pocket. She offered advice from her industry knowledge which was very useful for me! Ultimately, this was the best way I could imagine to help me while also letting me know that she couldn’t help me within the parameters of fetch insurance. I think that Amanda should give lessons to others regarding how to provide amazing customer service, provide empathetic aide, and provide advice from years worth of industry knowledge. Great but costs increase significantly yearly

I've had a great experience with Pets Best. They've not given me a hard time with any of my claims and I appreciated they were the only insurance that would accept my 13 year old dog some time back. My only complaint about them is they doubled the price of my insurance in less than a year for a less than 2yr old dog. They also seem to increase a good amount every year. Based on what I've seen thus far, if you have a puppy and have that dog for at least 12 years, your monthly cost will likely be $300+. Nobody is going to pay that nor most can't afford it, so customers will be forced to insurance hop. Wish they didn't increase so much as I'd love to stay with them, but this isn't affordable. I don't even pay that for my own insurance. I would have given them a five star of it wasn't for the significant cost increases.
