Unexpected surgery
This was my first time using any pet insurance. My 1 yr old pup had an obstruction from something she ate and after 1 1/2 days in ICU and ended up needing surgery. After 3 1/2 days the cost was up there ! Embrace told me the first claim would end up closing appropriately 30 days after claim submitted due to the collecting of the pups medical records. They walked me through everything. Kept me updated as time passed. They were true to their word ! Approximately 3 weeks after claim submitted they direct deposited the amount promised !! I was so relieved. As a result, my daughter is contemplating getting Embrace for her dog as well !! I am 100% satisfied with this company. If you’re on the fence about getting Embrace as I was, wait no longer. Do it. They have many different levels to meet your budget. You can get as much or as minimal as you desire. Do it !!

ASPCA is the best insurance for pets i have found
ASPCA is the best insurance for pets. It is super easy to submit claims. And the pricing is comparable to other insurance. Also ASPCA covers special food for pets for a limited time like special science diet for kidney problems and other insurances don’t help at all with food.

Osteosarcoma
"My dog Fiona was diagnosed with osteosarcoma which is a devastating diagnosis, but Pets Best has been there all along, first for the amputation of her leg and then for the chemotherapy. Fiona is tolerating chemo well and is headed into her last round. Pets Best reimbursed 90% of her amputation and 90% of each of her chemo treatments and the money was deposited in my account before my credit card was due. Fiona and I are very thankful that we chose Pets Best. It has allowed her to live a longer quality life and we are very grateful for that.

Just like breathing, smooth and easy
Very easy to put in a claim most claims have been paid. I think they paid a total of $50,000 in claims for our dogs two of them had cancer. Could not be happier. I’ve sent between 12 and 15 people to pets best and always recommend them when I’m in a clinic if I see somebody Sitting in the waiting room with me.
Successful Claim Submittal and Reimbursement
I submitted multiple claims for my dog's recent injury and all were processed successfully. I was very pleased with the quick responses I received regarding each claim. It was a relief knowing that Pets Best met our needs during a stressful time for our dog's care.

Metlife Pet Ins is out for one thing
Metlife Pet Ins is out for one thing, make big money! Denying claims is what their employees are trained to do and upsetting their customers to the point of making them cry! Shame on you Metlife! I have already talked with three different agents about my claim and have gotten no where. Our dog was just diagnosed by our vet with a luxating patella. The last agent I talked with basically told me they are trying to say it is preexisting and we have been insured with you for 16 months! Preexisting? Really? They are trying to bury us in paperwork so we will just give up like we did with the first claim that they denied. Shame on me for thinking that you were going to be a trustworthy company.
