Great company so far
Great company so far! Saved me a lot on premium for my car insurance and even gave me better coverage! Just don’t mistake your effective date as they will not be able to make corrections. They will cancel the whole policy and you have to start again. That was the only annoyance. Nice customer service though!

The Best Pet and Parent Protection
We have full coverage for our new puppy. Have been reimbursed for all visits, except for vitamins. Process is easy and reimbursement fast. We look forward to years of coverage and peace of mind for our new fur baby. His health is very important to us and Pumpkin.

I can’t say enough good things about MetLife Pet Insurance! Their app is incredibly easy to use — submitting a claim is as simple as taking a picture of my vet receipt and uploading it. That’s it! No confusing forms, no endless back-and-forth. Whenever I’ve called with questions, their team has been so kind, patient, and helpful. They truly make me feel like they care about my baby Lilith just as much as I do. I never have to worry about whether I can take her to the vet — I know MetLife has us covered. One of my favorite features is their free in-app vet chat. I can talk to a vet anytime to see if Lilith needs an in-person visit or just a little at-home care. It’s such a relief to have someone on my phone who answers quickly, especially for those “should I be worried?” Times.

generally pretty quick on paying claims. App is pretty easy to use. however premiums have doubled in last 2 years.looking around for better prices. Now costs more than i pay monthly for my healthcare per month

Used to be very good. Not any more.
Recently, the service has really declined. I had to submit a couple of claims for my dogs this summer, and each time, the information was entered incorrectly by your staff. The claim was entered under the wrong dog, twice. A procedure was entered incorrectly. And trying to get it corrected is a real ordeal. I'm still in the process. I was told my claim was "escalated" for review, but that was weeks ago. Very disappointing.
