We have had Healthy Paws for almost 8…
We have had Healthy Paws for almost 8 years. I don’t know what we would’ve done without them. Our lab has bad elbows and has had multiple procedures/surgeries and is on many medications. Healthy Paws always paid in a timely fashion and never argued against any of our claims. They are literally lifesavers!

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY
This company is one of the most shady companies I have ever encountered. They didn't cover any of my claims for the 1st year and then wanted to double my policy costs for a 2nd year. Then they charged my credit card for the 2nd year's premiums without my consent or knowledge and when I finally saw the charge on my credit card, the policy renewal had already been in effect and they said they wouldn't backdate the cancellation and only gave me a pro-rated refund. The woman on the phone said she was a senior customer service rep and all she kept telling me was that it was my fault that I hadn't seen the email they sent with all of the policy renewal information and that Gmail must have blocked them (although I had no problems getting their claim rejections and survey email). Buyer beware with this one because there is no remedy after the fact.

They have been slow processing claims…and then some.
They have been slow processing claims and then come up with excuses not to apply towards the deductible. I recommend setting aside whatever their premium is and keeping it in a savings account to use eventually for vet bills. This company is all about taking your money and figuring out how not to honor their commitment.
