Spot Ins was the best!
Today I renewed the pet insurance for my Lila! She is a mixed breed mini pincher /chihuahua. She has a great policy, and with Spot Insurance, we were able to get her medical emergency paid for without a hassle and fairly quickly. I am also insuring our mixed Lab for a great price! I checked the top 10 companies, and Spot proved to be the best.

Pleased with final result of my claims
Pleased with final result of my claims. I had to submit several within just a couple of weeks and was happy/relieved to see the reasonable reimbursements paid out. My only quibble, relatively minor, was initial confusion after a representative told me to file 2 separate claims, when apparently only one was required (it was all sorted out just fine). Also, as not the most computer savvy user, I have found it challenging to figure out how to submit invoices as attachments to my online claims. Otherwise, very happy with Spot.

The SOAP notes have been holding me up
The SOAP notes have been holding me up. The vet office doesnt typically share these so I have to make several additional attempts to gather everything needed to get a claim paid. I wish there was a direct line from the vet to the ins so I didnt have to ask for this each time.
