Awesome Company!!!
Pets Bets gets Exceptional scores from me all around. Filing a claim is super easy, understanding the payout/deductible system is also easy; but if you need help, friendly and knowledgeable customer service is always there to help. Monthly prices, plan options and deductibles cannot be beat! Create the plan that works best for you and your pupper (pet). Very, very happy with Pets Best!

Very Poor Company
MetLife denied my claim for vet recommended testing costing $2488 for my new rescue dog. MetLife sent me a short note saying my dog's issue was pre-existing based on notes prior to my taking in the rescue. I had received no information on the dog, purchased MetLife before my first vet visit but they found information from the previous owner's vet (that I did not have when I purchased the insurance) and refused my claim.
