I'm sorry I switched to Pets Best
I filed a claim for my 6yo Tibetan Terrier's ear infection which occurred within the 14 day waiting period. It wasn't covered, which I completely understand. However, it is now deemed a pre-existing condition, and any ongoing issues she may have due to this infection or any ear infection from here on out will not be covered. Even if it's in the other ear? Also, Pets Best excludes medicines, which were covered by her previous insurance., Read the fine print. And if you have a question that isn't in the FAQs, be prepared to go through a many call prompts and an extended wait time on the phone.

Accolades for Healthy Paws
One hopes never to need to rely on pet insurance, but when the situation arises it is important to know that the company you chose is honest, reliable, dependable and caring about your pet. Healthy Paws is such a company. They have been there for me every step of the way when our dog required unexpected back-to-back surgeries. Their rates are reasonable, their response to questions is swift and their reimbursements are prompt. Furthermore, the process from start to finish is made clear and easy on the Healthy Paws website. We have been subscribers to Healthy Paws for 8 years and they have stood behind their promise throughout.

A Reliable Partner
After 5 years with Pet's Best insurance I can say that they've been a reliable partner in the care of my pet. The claims process is simple and quick. You never get the feeling they're trying to get out of pain your claim if it's legitimate. I will continue to use them as my pet insurance provider.
Excellent insurance for us
In the many years that we have had insurance thru ASPCA, I have always had helpful people who have assisted me with adding new dogs, questions about insurance policies and anything that I needed. I would recommend ASPCA to those looking to insure their pets as they go thru the process of deciding which insurance to choose.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fetch Pet Insurance at this point. They have been a pleasure to deal with regarding my first claim (emergency surgery for my cat Roo)...they were very thorough, very easy to submit a claim, answered all the questions I had, and, perhaps most important, were amazingly fast with the reimbursement. I can honestly say I have never been more pleased dealing with an insurance company, and I will absolutely be recommending their service to all my friends who are also pet owners. Thank you for relieving some of the stress on a devoted pet owner who hated seeing his cat in pain; it is very greatly appreciated. Congratulations also on following up on everything that was promised...we have all dealt with insurance companies who promise one thing and push back when it comes time for delivery, but Fetch kept everything aboveboard, straight-forward, and no surprises.
