I love MetLife
I love MetLife. My only complaint is there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how long it takes for a claim and most of the time it takes two weeks.

1st claim process experience.
I took my one year-old GSD for her annual shots. Filing the claim was very easy and simple. Everyone kept telling me that my first claim would take forever for the payout. It was directly deposited into my bank account within 3 to 5 business days of me filing the claim. So no, It didn’t take forever. It was actually very fast.! Thank you very much! 🐾🐶

I called in and tried to change my email and was told I had to do it online. But I needed my email address to login. I finally got someone on the phone who changed it for me. Then I tried to submit claims. Good luck! All the hassle to get a $50 check with all the claims I submitted after a year. Not worth all the hassle. Plz close my account.
