Nationwide Pet Insurance is Great!
I love our Nationwide Pet Insurance. I have it for both of my Black Rescue Kittyz, Princess Midnight Kitty and Beau. The Wellness Plan is great, easy to use, and customer service is super helpful. I feel better knowing they are covered. Claims are easy and I've been very happy with everything. Highly recommend for your dog or cat.

Excellent service!
My cat had to have surgery and initially did not do well afterward, necessitating a follow-up visit, which under the present stay-at-home order was especially stressful. Most veterinarian paperwork was done electronically, and I was pleased to see that I could upload the vet statements as PDFs directly to Health Paws. I received my reimbursement in about 24 hours as a direct deposit, which was great peace of mind, especially since I myself had not been well. Even under trying circumstances, Health Paws came through for me and my kitty, and I am very grateful.

Quick and Easy
Our cat Bam Bam was in critical condition and rushed to vet. Worried about high cost of services was mitigated by having pet insurance. Fully Satisfied Cat Parent
Once again, Nationwide Pet Insurance (formerly VPI) did a great job processing our claim quickly (within 2 days) and sending payment quickly (within 1 week). We have had this insurance since we adopted our cat almost 6 years ago, and we have not regretted it! It is very comprehensive in terms of the coverage and we have found the claim process to be very easy. This insurance has saved us quite a bit of money and provided peace of mind of us as "pet parents."

Blown away by how easy Healthy Paws makes the whole process
We got pet insurance for our new dog hoping it would be something we would never need to deal with. We we did have to put our policy to use it could not have been easier to work with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for submitting claims and getting quick responses and reimbursement. Being able to snap pictures of the vet bills with my phone and upload them directly in their iPhone app was amazing and made me wish my own insurance worked this well. It made the whole process less stressful overall because we were able to get our pup taken care of and feeling better without putting us into financial distress.
