The young lady that helped me was wonderful very helpful and very sweet about there illnesses to the point she sent hugs to my fur babies as they are cavalier King Charles spaniels.

Okay but needs some serious work.
The speed with which the claims were received and the replies I got was great. My frustration was around the fact that I could not log into my account to track what was going on -- and now to track the reimbursements. I called in and the lady that I spoke with was able to change my account to direct deposit, but was unable to help me with my login. She suspected that my account was unavailable because at that point we had lost our dog and the coverage had been cancelled. So i believe that you need to find a way to allow people like myself to still access their account until all the of claims are final, instead of not being able to access the account and staff members not being able to help with that.

Trupanion is the Best Pet Insurance
It was great. The turnaround time was not too bad, even though I know the Covid19 situation interrupted things. THank you!! Before Covid19, it was super super fast. I like what they allow as part of your claim, it all benefited my dog and still does. He is pretty sick, it is so good that Trupanion is pay 90 percent of the cost of medications. These medications are helping keep my 14 year old dog comfortable and happy. I don't know what I would have done without Trupanion. I have had the insurance for about 11 years and did not have to use it until last year. It was so worth it to keep it all these years.
