I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for our dogs over the years and the coverage, process and service has been consistently excellent. It is very important to read your policy and understand the terms but the representatives are ALWAYS helpful. While you may think pet insurance is costly, one incident of illness or injury can be thousands of dollars. nationwide has offered us assurance and has covered the expected expenses.

My claim got approved... eventually
Everything would be great if I just didn’t have to go through a hassle of having to submit and then re-submit the same documents a few more times, waiting and hoping for the claim to be approved after each time. I did not find the process pleasant or fast, but I am glad in the end my claim did get approved. This is why I’m rating this experience a 7.
