Our rescue Greyhound was admitted to the hospital for two days after a sick visit to our Vet. Over the two day period she incurred a great deal of cost. Pets Best processed our claim in an accurate and timely manner, which was very impressive considering our dogs illness occurred in the middle of the covid-19 outbreak and lock down within many states. We initially selected this company due to their stellar reputation and fair pricing. In addition, they provide value added services and their customer service is second to none.Words cannot express how satisfied we are in dealing with the company. We highly recommend them.
