They have been wonderful and helpful to my cat throughout his kidney issues. The premiums can be expensive for older pets, but the starting cost for a two year old cat was far more reasonable than other insurances for the benefits you can get. Their turn around on claims decisions is fast, too. Overall, I am happy with the service and grateful to have it.

Thank you for making it extremely easy to submit a claim and providing coverage/claim details that are easy to understand. I was afraid about the coverage for Thor’s medical and dental procedure, but I was happy to see that he was covered for most of it. The money I got back was much needed during this time. Thank you!
