Easy to submit a claim via computer or phone. But I did not like that they went back and now put a pre-existing condition that was not a pre-existing condition and changed my policy, This should be discussed before a decision was made.

This insurance has been a life saver!!
Honestly without Nationwide Pet Insurance we would not be able to afford the surgeries he has entailed over the last two months! He also got attacked by a coyote in between these two surgeries so it's been a relief to still have our dog with us!

Simple, Stress free and Satisfying
We had to take Bentley to the animal hospital during the COVID-19 crisis for a gastrointestinal issue. It was a very stressful time and a large unexpected expense. We were able to file our claim online and received a check within several days. Bentley is all healed up and we are grateful to have had pet insurance for him! Thanks Nationwide!
