Healthy Paws is AMAZING!
I can't say enough great things about Healthy Paws. I have 2 dogs (Bichon Frise and Yorkie), both 3 years old. Whenever either of them have any issues, I always feel secure knowing that I have the best pet insurance on the planet. The claims process couldn't be easier and they always go the extra mile by checking in with me about my little ones. I cannot stress how important having the right insurance is and Healthy Paws is definitely the best decision I ever made.

Trupanion is excellent for many reasons 1. Customer service is knowledgeable and very patient when I have questions. 2. Review of submitted claims is fast. 3. Reimbursement is very quick. Usually in my account 3 to 4 days after submitting claim. Top notch company. I'm glad I made the decision to insure my three Golden Retrievers with them.

Best insurance ever, every time I call I am greeted with the most pleasant customer rep, they pay fast and I rarely have any issues with a claim. They even paid me back all of my bill when i had a payment plan that wasn't paid off yet. They are awesome and I am so happy with the service.

VERY SUPRISED
I HAD A RECOMENDATION FOR THIS INSURANCE AND PURCHASED IT WITHIN THE WEEK AFTER I GOT MY DOBERMAN PUPPY. THE SECOND MONTH HE GOT VERY SICK AND WE FOUND OUT HE HAD AN INTESTINAL BLOCKAGE FROM EATING A CAT TOY. $3000 OF SURGERY LATER I SUBMITTED THE CLAIM AND WAS VERY SUPRISED WHEN IT WAS PROCESSED AND THEY PAID OVER $2000 OF THE BILL AFTER MY DEDUCTABLE AND THE 20% COPAY. THANK GOD. VERY HAPPY WE HAVE IT AND IT IS WORTH IT.

Best investment I ever made!
My puppy has had a myriad of issues since we received her at 8 weeks! We've even had to delay her spay date due to respiratory issues. So glad that we have pet insurance and our company offers Nationwide Pet Insurance! It has saved us so much money on her vet bills. I use the VitusVet app to connect with the vet, her records, and to submit my claims with Nationwide. Love that it is all in one place! I'm more organized with my pet's medical records than I am with my own.

The easiest, quickest, stress-free insurance we've ever had!
Our family is so grateful to have Healthy Paws insurance for our sweet Bonita. I am not tech savvy and found it extremely easy to file a claim! The process is super quick too! She had surgery on Monday, I submitted the claim Tues and the claim was completed by Friday with reimbursement into my bank by Monday. One week from start to finish and it was a large claim. Without Healthy Paws we could not afford this surgery for her. Customer Service is outstanding, very quick and caring. We have received 2 emails checking in on how our Bonita is doing. I highly recommend this insurance. It's the most stress-free insurance we've ever had.
