Your the best for us!

Candi and I have used you since 2008 and we are very pleased with all of your services. She was 8 weeks old when she came to live with us. As a puppy there are things they can get into before you know it. As a pet parent one emergency vet visit is enough to offset the cost of a policy. Having a wellness policy is a comfort to know that she will have her shots and check-up yearly. Thank you so much for being there and you are a great peace of mind! Lynn & Candi

Good to have protection when you need it most.

We rescued a Schnauzer that had heartworms and came with an insurance plan free for one year. Since we were not sure if there would be any residual effects from the heartworms on his heart or any other problems, we kept the insurance after that one year however it did not cover any preventative so we decided to switch to ASPCA which does cover preventative. We have been blessed to have very few problems with our dog however the preventative is such a big part of his care and expense. We are glad we have the coverage. With my last dog, who was 12, we had over four thousand dollars in expenses the last 3 months of her life and we did not have insurance. Many companies will not insure older dogs and this one does, although you do pay more it is a benefit we think is reasonable once a pet becomes older. We thought about setting up a pet savings account but just felt that the insurance would be a better option due to all the unknowns. While it can be expensive, it does allow peace of mind and ASPCA has always treated us fairly and given us good options for coverage.

Petshealth delivers peace of mind

My golden retriever Sadie, now 9 yrs. old, has had her Petshealth policy since she was a pup. The company has changed hands a few times and was not always reliable. Since it's current ownership has taken the plan under its wing, this insurance policy has more than lived up to its promises. I love this health insurance! Claims are processed promptly and the customer service is awesome. They are patient and knowledgeable, taking all the time in the world to answer any questions I might have about Sadie's health and how it relates to my policy. I have complete peace of mind, knowing that I can count on Sadie's health insurance to give us all the options we could ever want as move into the final third of her life.

Embrace gives me peace of mind!

I feel very confident that the people at Embrace care about animals in general and my son's dog Bowser in particular almost as much as we do! Excellent customer service from everyone we have dealt with. I know they Will promptly take care of any future claims we file, as they did with the first claim.

good service and reimbursement

Our poodle had a rough 3 months with recurring infections and ended up having many tests and x-rays. ASPCA was very fair and decent in their reimbursements and gave us peace of mind that we could do what was needed--and she is finally well!

Bear's CCL injury

I am very happy with the service we received from ASPCA Pet Insurance. Our dog, Bear injured his CCL in May, 2010. He had surgery a few weeks later. I submitted the simple claim form to ASPCA and received our payment a few weeks later. There was no hassle and I would buy the insurance again. It more than paid for itself.

Saved our dog and our finances

When our dog came down with pancreatits 13 days ago, we expected he would be hospitalized for two days. As his condition worsened and he was slow to respond to treatment, two days turned into nine days. Bills reached $6000.00. Trupanion processed our claims within 36 hours, and averted what would have been a short term financial disaster. Best of all, our pup is home and on the mend.

Thanks, Pets Best!

I have filed 2 claims with Pets Best, and they were for the same dog! She is normally healthy, and has never had problems except for these 2 incidents. Both times they processed my claims quickly and efficiently, and when I spoke to them on the phone regarding a separate issue they were extremely helpful. They reimbursed me ~$88 on a $220 bill, and ~$1800 on a ~$2300 bill. Good deal, and it definitely gives me peace of mind where my babies are concerned. So, to summarize: Great customer service, easy to understand reimbursements, and very affordable. Thanks!

HORRIBLE

I signed up with Embrace - immediately upon reading the reviews on this page. I went for the best plan possible - at almost $60 a month. Ironically, there is only a $200 max that they will cover under "wellness". According to Embrace - "wellness" covers checkups when your dog is sick from parasites, spaying and neutering, vomiting, and lethargy. I had WAY better coverage under AKC years ago. Now I am out over $1000 - between vet bills and payments to this sorry excuse for a Health Insurance.
