Our little guy had a medical emergency…
Our little guy had a medical emergency recently. The ease, professionalism and concern was stellar by the staff at Trupanion. They were easy to work with by both myself and the medical facility. In fact the medical facility praised them in their professionalism and ease in working on my claim. I highly recommend Trupanion without hesitation so much that I signed up for their coverage on our little girl.

I called to inquire about wellness coverage/cost for teeth cleaning. I was speaking to someone not knowledgeable about Embrace insurance coverage; it seems like I am talking to call center in Philippine. I was not getting my point across.
