Nation Wide is a caring and responsive company with great and informed representatives!
We have had many pets and this is the first time we ever bought pet insurance...we didn't know it existed until a friend told us! The policy options are very easy to view and understand. Any questions are politely and immediately answered by the wonderful Nationwide Representatives. Every person I have spoken to on the phone is caring and responsive. They make me feel like they really care about my Chuy's health and well being. I am also impressed on how easy claims are to submit and the reimbursement comes very quickly! Thank you Nationwide and I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this pet insurance company.

ASPCA pet insurance is worth every penny.
When I was looking for pet insurance for my Maisy girl I shopped around until I came.across ASPCA Insurance. What I liked about them is all the options you have in the policy. Like different amounts of deductibles and how much of a limit for your policy etc.. I got a.policy that works for what I needed. Very easy to use, just get your itemized bill take a picture of it send it in with your claim and ASPCA does the rest. I wish i would have gotten it earlier. Paul

Better than expected
The online app is easy to use. The claims processing is pretty fast - immediate acknowledgement, 1-2 weeks to settle a claim. The coverage is significantly better than the previous vet health insurance that we used.

Yes, I would recommend the company to anyone that would ask about dog insurance. Being a senior, it always takes me a long time to send in a claim & to accept money from Chase bank. Always forget the steps on my i phone. Since Cody is 1 yr. 7 months old, he had stomach issues and have to wait till August for review to have that removed. Being a puppy he would chew & get into things so it seems its taking longer to have this issue removed.

After a $1200 claim for my cat who had several smaller claims earlier in the year, I have to say I am feeling more confident with Healthy Paws. They did send back requests for more documents a few times before the claim could be paid out. At first I was nervous, but it all worked out. My cat who is now 4 had unexpected illness this year and this is why I purchased pet insurance. So far my rates are good after a few years of having Healthy Paws. I will now add my 4th cat with confidence. I also have to say that the customer reps are very friendly and helpful. I had asked to speak to a supervisor who explained why the requests for documents were needed, and it made sense. Be sure to keep all records for your pets as it will help the process. Lets hope for a happy future together.

Fraudulent Charges on Visa
I cancelled my policy for illness and accident insurance when the aforementioned company paid $0000.00 of my $4000.00 plus bill. This was done in the middle of April, several times by text message and once on the telephone. Somehow this company charged my credit card on May 13, 2020 for services that they did not provide. Protect yourself from fraud! Shame on Costco for sponsoring this scam.
