Coverage
Was disappointed in the coverage for Izzy’s second corneal ulcer, I didn’t realize the $650 coverage was treatment for both eyes, her right eye was in November and her left eye in May, I assumed it was each eye. This is the first time I have disappointed in your coverage.5

Your customer service is terrific!
I've noticed in the past few months that you reply time has been much faster. I always mail in my claims and get my explanation of benefits and, if applicable, my benefit check in a short period of time. In this day and time, I find that most helpful. I've never had a problem with your service. I appreciate that so much and give you my deepest thanks.

This insurance is a life saver!
This insurance is certainly a life saver. Trupanion is always there to support me and my dog. Of course there are times that claims will not covered but when they are I have had nothing but 100% complete satisfaction from the staff and this company. Thank you so much.

Improve claim form so it can be prepared on line and you have a purrfect company!
I was initially unhappy with the claim process as the claim form was not electronic and must be printed filled out then brought to the vet for their input. I feel such a wonderful company should have, by now, had their IT folks made it possible for all correspondence to be made electronically. I also then zeroed in on my vet instead. Your rep talked me out of cancelling our policy and explained why I should stay insured with Embrace. So… after speaking with our vet and your representative I decided I was a bit hasty and had allowed my cats to interfere with the insurance process. I had to remind them that their job was to just play with their toys, sit on my lap, purr and look pretty! It seems Other Other Pussums was behind the whole thing and was very aggravated because the vet had put her on a strict diet, and she’s been mad at everyone since.

Knowing that I had this awesome insurance allowed me to have no hesitation in calling the emergency care vet for Sophia's recent visit. She was lethargic, panting, would not eat and could not walk. It gave me great comfort to know that no matter what her diagnosis, I was sure I could afford it with the great support from Nationwide.
