Great service
Filed a claim back in Aug 2019 for my cat with cancer that required inpatient hospitalization at a specialty vet hospital for a week and trupanion processed my claims very quickly, smoothly, and accurately. It was truly hassle free and much appreciated

Best pet insurance
We have had pet insurance through several companies over the years. Pets Plus Us has been the very best. Comprehensive coverage and very easy processing as well as timely payment. We have made routine claims as well as two emergency claims one of which was a very significant amount for an emergency endoscopy. Each time processing simple and payment fast. Customer service wonderful.

Heathy Paws came through again and fast! We submitted invoices for a recent TPLO surgery (2nd one – opposite leg) and we were reimbursed the following week; the process was quick (Upload invoice – that’s it – easy), get confirmation and in process, then approval notice) all in about a week – before the credit card bill even came in. It’s a comfortable feeling knowing that when the big decisions come in for our pets; Healthy Paws helps with that otherwise expensive decision and one less stressful thing to think about.

Best decision we made
We were uncertain if getting pet insurance would be worthwhile, and also which insurance to go with. After having Healthy Paws for 3 years, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The company is very fast at processing claims and the money has always been in our bank within a week of submitting the claim. The customer service has always been great and they seem to care about my dog. I feel confident knowing that my pup can receive the appropriate medical care when necessary, without money being the determining factor on whether or not he can receive the care he needs.
