Really disappointed that you defaulted me to a higher deductible than what I signed up for during the first month of my policy without communicating it to me explicitly.
Really disappointed that you defaulted me to a higher deductible than what I signed up for during the first month of my policy without communicating it to me explicitly. I did not expect this of Trupanion! You gave me the first month "free" but basically recovered way more than that with a higher deductible and sneaked it in to the fine print on the declarations page without telling me - even though I was very clear about picking the deductible I wanted. I have no issues paying it but please be clear and explicit in your rep communications, and on the certificates at the vet's office. So upsetting - and I have not one but two dogs with Trupanion policies. Just not customer-centric!
