Greatest Pet Insurance company EVER!
This is the most straightforward, know-what-to-expect company i have ever dealth with. the explanation of benefits is clear and easy to understand. Embrace could certainly teach the health insurance industry a thing or two (or three) about customer service!

Great help.
I received a phone call the other day from someone at ASPCA who informed me that since I'd paid my $100 deductible, I sould submit claims for the annual shots my little daschund gets, as well as any other tests. She made my day. I had about $160 in eligible claims that I wouldn't have considered submitting until I received her phone call. You guys rock! Linda RS

Pets Best Insurance is the BEST! I
I had VPI insurance and have switched to Pets Best. I feel this is one of the best decisions that I have made. Pets Best is exactly that THE BEST!!! I was very disappointed with VPI, they were not what they claimed to be in my experience. Their turn around time for claims is poor and reimbursement is not what was explained to me when I signed up. Pets Best Insurance turn around on claims is excellent, I was really surprised at how quickly they process the claims and after your deductible they pay a full 80%!!! I'm writing this because when I was looking for pet insurance it was overwhelming and when you speak with the representives of each company, I feel that they tell you what you want to hear and when it comes down to filing claims that is when you discover that you had better read the fine print and between the lines! We orginally went with VPI because thru employment they offered pet insurance and it was thru VPI. I definitely have to go to the HR and tell them they need to check into Pets Best! As in the name Pets Best, is exactly that the BEST!!! Each time I called and spoke with a representative they were very professional, courteous, very helpful, always went above and beyond. I cant say enough about this company. So take it from someone who has had the experience of dealing with other insurance companies, look no further than Pets Best, you will be more than satisfied with them!I have recommended Pets Best to many of my friends and they have now made th

Pet insurance works
This is my first claim with embrace pet insurance, I have had other expensive bills and decided to sign up for pet insurance as I do love my dog and would always get him treatment regardless of the cost. I have a labrador who likes to eat things he is not suppose to and I submitted my first claim and embrace paid just as the policy said it would. I did call a couple of times to check on my claim and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Embrace

We recently got insurance from Trupanion for our three dogs. My greatdane Jumbo suffered from gastroenteritis and had to be taken to the vet twice in last month. Needless to say, the vet bill was high because of all the exams/X-rays/ blood-work and medicines! Since it was our first claim, we did not know how it would work.Thanks to Trupanion, our claim got cleared in a very timely way and we received 90% of the cost back within few weeks.Great service from our insurer Trupanion !

This insurance is awful
Although I could have submitted several other claims for my pet, I chose to carry the expense myself. Wanting only to use the insurance incase of an emergency. Well when I needed it the most it failed me. I don't know why I was surprised it is only acting like any other insurance company. Taking your money and giving you excuses in return. I will continue covering my pet with insurance at the end of the year but not with this company. No wonder my vets office had never heard of this company. I will go with their recommendation next time. I'm sure this won't be posted on your website but it should be.

Great Customer Service!
I have done alot of research before I signed up with Embrace. All other carriers have had negative feedback/reviews and made me very cautious on even getting pet insurance. For example, are all future claims going to be a battle of what is pre-existing or not... However, I found Embrace and I thought to give it a try. I am extremely glad that I did. The customer service is beyond exceptional because there is actually a person on the other line! I recently filed a wellness claim and frankly I didn't have high expectations of the process... Embrace surprised me by making the process so easy and painless. My entire wellness visit for my pet was reimbursed! All I can say is wow! Embrace rocks! I feel secure with Embrace.
