While I just got my cat enrolled today and haven’t actually utilized the insurance yet I have already had interaction with customer service and it was phenomenal.
While I just got my cat enrolled today and haven’t actually utilized the insurance yet, I have already had interaction with customer service and it was phenomenal. I was needing to change my cat’s breed listed on her policy as it listed one different from what I had marked down for her. I started a chat with customer service and within seconds someone (Ari) was responding to me. My questions were answered efficiently and thoroughly and I couldn’t possibly have asked for a smoother process.
