SPCA pet insurance is the best
I have come out ahead every year with my pet insurance, it was the best financial decision I ever made. The customer service is great, and they are all pet lovers and they care about my pets and how they are doing. I have never had a problem trying to get a claim paid for, they have never given me a difficult time when it is time to pay up. I highly recommend this pet insurance company to anyone who will listen it’s the smartest move I have ever made. I live on a fixed income, and I cannot afford not to have pet insurance.

Worth Every Penny!
I love Pets Best Insurance. I have been through a handful of companies but Pets Best is really the BEST! I had to take my dog to the vet for two different reasons. First time it was to do some blood work to prepare her for her surgery. The first bill came out to $630 and I got $280 of it back. The 2nd bill which was for her surgery, was $804 and I got $640 back! I was stunned. I pay $50 a month for her insurance and its worth it. This plan includes everything, annual vists, dental care, surgery, accidents--anything you can think of--its covered. And just like anything else there is a co-pay and a deductible. They also make it very easy for you to track your claims online so you can see it being processed, they email you when your claim has been processed and it shows you the breakdown of whats covered and etc. If your thinking about Pet Insurance this is the one to choose because they are all nice and know what they are talking about.

Something to be thankful for
Waking up on Thanksgiving morning I never expected to find ourt Gracie with a very swollen eye/face and obviously very sick. Since our normal vet was closed we hasd to take her to a 24 hour emergency clinic. My initial thoughts of concern for Gracie also were consummed with the fear of the cost of the treatment. Remembering we were covered by Trupanion quickly gave me releif and allowed me to focus strickly on getting Gracie well again. Trupanion paid as stated in our policy and Gracie recovered after follow-up care with our vet over the course of a few weeks. Something to truly be thankful for!

Helping Taz in difficult times
My affenpinscher, Taz, is nearly 12 years old. He has had his share of physical problems. Taz has been insured with Petshealth for many years now, after switching over from another pet insurance plan (on a testimonial from an acquaintance). Over the years, Petshealth has been fair and prompt in claims processing. We haven't always needed the insurance, but are glad to have it when we need it. It helps ease the financial burden of a pet who seems to need a lot of attention. Taz contracted Lyme's disease in 2010, and because the illness crossed policy periods, my claim was denied. I wrote an appeal, and the appeals board graciously reviewed my appeal, considered my arguments, and agreed to honor the claim. I was not very happy when my claim was denied, but am satisfied that they honestly took a second look.

User friendly
After my cat suffered through a urinary tract blockage and infection two years ago, leaving me with $1600 in veterinary bills, I decided to purchase ASPCA pet insurance with continuing care. Recently, my cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I file my claims via e-mail for bloodwork, examinations, and prescriptions related to the illness and have found it really easy to work with ASPCA. I receive a confirmation e-mail, claim status updates, and the reimbursement checks are always mailed to me in a reasonable amount of time. Initially I was worried about dealing with pet insurance, but I now feel that it was worthwhile and it gives me a sense of security with regard to my cat's health. I will continue to utilize ASPCA pet insurance for my future pets.

Easy Decision
I have a 9 month old Newfoundland that was diagnosed with bi-lateral luxating patella. Having Embrace Pet Insurance made the decision to have surgery very easy, knowing that I could afford to have both of his knees repaired. He is now walking much better and the prognosis for the future is very favorable. The alternative to surgery was to put him down. I received the check in a timely manner and hopefully we can now enjoy our puppy.

Excellent service and coverage
I wanted to say a quick word about my experience with Embrace, first I have never dealt with a company with so much compassion and professionalism. They truly do out of their way to show their clients empathy and caring. I would recommend them to any pet owner!

Quick response on claims
My 8 month old English Bulldog (Gov'nor) developed demodectic mange, "Puppy mange" caused by those pesty little mites. He developed this around 4 months of age. He has required medicated baths every 2 weeks. Trupanion responded very quickly to my claims--and paid out at 90% (less exams). This is my first experience with Trupanion and I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet. I thought I would never need to use the claim service--but I did and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Trupanion
